B2C Growth Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute the growth product strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, and
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and product experiments to validate hypotheses and drive
• Conduct funnel and user behavior analysis, market research, and performance reviews to identify
• Partner with data teams to define measurement frameworks and success metrics to guide decisions.
• Lead user research activities to understand user needs and motivations.
• Translate insights into actionable product improvements and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, or 5+ years PM for B2C, or 7+ years PM overall.
• Proven track record of driving growth through experiments and data-informed decisions.
• Hands-on experience designing, managing, and analyzing A/B tests with independent interpretation of
• Experience with user research methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and journey
• Technical fluency enabling collaboration with software engineers and data specialists.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management with strong English (C1+).
