📋 Description

• Own end-to-end requirements: discovery, interviews, process maps, user stories.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements for Tech teams (Agile/hybrid).
• Analyze current vs target loan origination, servicing, amendments, repayments.
• Plan and manage delivery across multiple workstreams: scope, milestones, RAID.
• Drive UAT: test scenarios, defect triage, sign-off criteria, release readiness.
• Partner with Operations and Product to ensure workable, scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in loans domain (front-to-back lifecycle).
• Gather requirements via interviews, process mapping, user stories.
• Strong delivery management: planning, governance, stakeholder mgmt.
• Translate business needs into tech requirements (Agile/hybrid).
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence for delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
