Back-End Engineer (Python)

📋 Description

• Join cross-functional squads to build the Employer of Record platform.
• Remote-first team across Asia and Europe with async time-zone collaboration.
• Participate in the full implementation cycle and own your work as you grow.
• Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as standard.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Product Manager to plan and implement new features.
• Participate in the Back-End Engineering Chapter and architecture discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a Software Development role
• Strong Python with a framework, preferably FastAPI
• Experience implementing micro-services
• API design knowledge: REST, gRPC, GraphQL with OpenAPI/Swagger
• Strong SQL and experience with common data stores
• Strong remote communication: clear written, async collaboration
