🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Several years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting
• Experience in cost/production/operational finance is a plus
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP experience a plus
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data
