Back Office Controller

📋 Description

• Monitor, analyze, and control costs related to vehicle maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure the accurate processing, validation, and documentation of production-related financial data
• Calculate and track maintenance and repair costs for vehicles
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support cost control and efficient financial
• Analyze cost data, identify trends and deviations, and provide insights to support business
• Prepare regular reports and performance analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• A few years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, or a similar role
• Experience in cost controlling, production controlling, or operational finance is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems or other financial tools is a plus
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data
