Backend Architect - Golang

📋 Description

• Define and evolve the backend platform architecture for millions of users
• Design and build highly available distributed services in Golang for scalability and performance
• Lead code reviews and champion testing discipline, clean architecture, and best practices
• Partner with the SDK team to integrate client features into backend systems end-to-end
• Mentor engineers and grow technical depth while collaborating with security, infra, and product teams
• Drive the team to meet performance targets and ship reliable, scalable products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years backend engineering/architecture experience; 5+ years in Golang
• Proven track record designing and operating distributed systems at scale with IP/TCP/UDP/HTTP/DNS
• Hands-on experience with VPN protocols: WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPsec, NAT traversal, low-latency networking
• AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, Aurora) with Docker and Kubernetes and strong Linux development
• Knowledge of cryptography, threat modeling, secure coding, and strong API design
