Define and evolve the architecture of our backend platform serving millions of users
Design and build highly available distributed services in Golang with scalability targets
Lead code reviews and enforce testing, clean architecture, and best practices
Partner with the SDK team to integrate client features into backend systems
Mentor engineers and grow technical depth across security, infra, and product
Drive the team to meet performance targets and ship reliable, secure products

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years backend engineering and architecture experience with 5+ years in Golang
Proven track record designing distributed systems at scale with deep networking (IP/TCP/UDP)
Hands-on with VPN protocols (WireGuard/OpenVPN/IPsec), tunneling, NAT traversal
Production AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, Aurora/RDS) with Docker/Kubernetes and Linux development
Knowledge of cryptography, threat modeling, secure coding, and API design
