📋 Description

• Define and evolve the backend architecture for millions of users
• Build highly available distributed services in Golang with scalability and security
• Lead code reviews and promote testing, clean architecture, and best practices
• Partner with the SDK team to integrate client features into backend systems
• Mentor engineers and grow the team's depth across security, infra, product
• Drive performance targets and ship reliable, secure products at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years backend engineering & architecture experience; 5+ years in Golang
• Distributed systems design/operation at scale; deep networking protocols (IP, TCP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS)
• VPN protocols (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPsec), tunneling, NAT traversal, low-latency networking
• AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, Aurora/RDS) with Docker/Kubernetes and strong Linux development
• Cryptography fundamentals, threat modeling, secure coding, and API design
