📋 Description

• Define and evolve backend architecture serving millions of users
• Design and build highly available distributed services in Golang
• Lead code reviews and champion testing, clean architecture, and best practices
• Partner with the SDK team to integrate client features into backend
• Mentor engineers and grow technical depth across security, infra, product
• Drive performance targets and ship reliable, scalable products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
• 8+ years backend engineering/architecture; 5+ years in Golang
• Distributed systems design at scale; deep networking knowledge (IP, TCP, UDP, HTTP/DNS)
• Hands-on VPN protocols (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPsec), tunneling, NAT traversal
• AWS prod experience (EC2/EKS/S3/Aurora) with Docker/Kubernetes on Linux
• Cryptography basics, threat modeling, secure coding, and API design
