Backend Developer

📋 Description

• Implement domain logic within the system and collaborate on requirements with feedback.
• Build reliable, scalable solutions with clean implementations to minimize bugs.
• Continuously learn business domain, current tech, or new tools and approaches.
• Actively suggest improvements to technical solutions during planning sessions and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot (REST APIs, configuration, security basics)
• OO design, clean code, and SOLID principles
• Experience building and maintaining backend services in production
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB); schemas, queries, indexing
• Git and modern development workflows (code reviews, pull requests)
• Messaging/event-driven systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
