Backend Django Engineer – AI & Algorithmic Systems

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, Django, and DRF or
• Design and evolve clean relational database schemas, relationships, and domain models using
• Implement backend algorithms and business logic, including scoring, ranking, routing, decision
• Build production-ready services with a strong focus on correctness, maintainability, reliability
• Optimize backend performance through efficient database queries, indexing strategies, caching, and
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to translate product concepts into practical

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience developing backend applications with Python and Django.
• Solid knowledge of relational database modeling, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs; experience with Django REST Framework
• Experience developing non-trivial business logic or algorithmic systems, such as scoring, ranking
• Good understanding of backend performance, including query behavior, indexing, caching, and
• Ability to write clean, pragmatic, production-ready code that is easy to understand, maintain
