Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and own backend services, infrastructure and data systems.
• Develop for a high-performance, low-latency trading platform.
• Handle core trading processes: orders, routing, execution, pricing.
• Collaborate across teams; maintain code quality via reviews and tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Go or Python.
• Strong understanding of system design principles.
• Experience with Kafka (or similar streaming platforms).
• Proven delivery of large technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• B2+ English communication with multicultural teams and a US customer.
