Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and own backend services, infrastructure, and data systems.
• Backend for trading: orders, validation, routing, execution, pricing, reconciliation.
• High performance, low latency, fault tolerance.
• Maintain high code quality via reviews and thorough testing.
• Availability until 8:00 PM LT to support Pacific Time collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go or Python.
• Trading markets or crypto background.
• Solid understanding of system design principles.
• Experience with Kafka (or similar streaming platforms).
• Proven experience delivering large technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong focus on maintaining high code quality and participating in thorough code review processes.
• B2+ English to communicate with multicultural teams and a US customer.
