🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years backend development experience
• Proficiency in Go or Python
• Solid understanding of system design principles
• Experience with Kafka or similar streaming platforms
• Proven track record delivering large tech projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong focus on high code quality and code reviews
• Experience in capital/trading markets
• B2+ English to communicate with US customers
