📋 Description

• Design, build, and iterate on frameworks influencing the Asana product.
• Partner with other frameworks and product teams to speed development.
• Analyze complex systems to uncover issues and root causes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years backend experience in large, production codebases.
• Ability to learn quickly and switch between areas of a complex codebase.
• Autonomous judgment balancing speed with quality in maintainable code.
• Focus on high quality software engineering patterns.
• Familiarity with React/GraphQL and TypeScript (preferred).
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies to boost productivity.
