Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate backend services powering growth experiments in Python, Kotlin, and/or Go.
• Implement AB tests, feature flags, and experiment infrastructure to validate hypotheses quickly.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, iOS, Android, Web, and Data to ship experiments driving growth.
• Balance speed with quality: write clean, testable code.
• Improve reliability and observability via automated testing, logging, alerts, and incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend development experience in Python, Kotlin (or Java), or Go.
• Experience building and operating production services at scale.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases, REST APIs, and CI/CD.
• Comfort with experimentation infrastructure: A/B testing, feature flags, or similar.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive, curious, shipping-focused attitude.
• Excellent collaboration and English communication skills.
