🎯 Requirements

3+ years backend engineer experience
BSc in Computer Science or Mathematics (or equivalent)
Solid understanding of modern backend frameworks, tools, and architecture
Hands-on experience with TypeScript or similar strongly-typed languages
Production-grade projects with real performance and scalability demands
Proficiency with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
