Backend Engineer, Core APIs

📋 Description

• Design and scale high-performance backend systems for real-time data processing
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure
• Develop primarily with Go and/or Node.js across services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend components
• Investigate complex technical problems and drive data-driven improvements
• Participate in shared on-call rotation and mentor junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years professional backend development with production-grade systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and/or Node.js
• Experience with scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time data processing
• Strong SQL and database experience (DynamoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
• Solid knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and software engineering fundamentals
• Strong English communication for global async collaboration
