Backend Engineer, Core APIs

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems for real-time data processing.
• Build, maintain, and improve APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure.
• Develop primarily with Go and/or Node.js to deliver robust backend solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate backend components at scale.
• Investigate complex technical problems through deep dives and experimentation.
• Conduct performance tuning, testing, and reliability improvements across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years professional backend development building production-grade systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and/or Node.js.
• Experience with scalable backend systems, APIs, real-time data, microservices.
• Strong SQL skills and database experience (DynamoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Proficiency with Git, IDEs, shell scripting, CI/CD workflows.
• Strong communication in English and ability to work asynchronously.
