Backend Engineer, Core APIs

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable backend systems for real-time data processing.
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure.
• Develop primarily with Go and/or Node.js.
• Investigate complex technical problems through deep dives and experimentation.
• Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and reliability improvements.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation with advance scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years professional backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and/or Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of SQL and databases like DynamoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Solid grasp of Git, IDEs, shell scripting, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong communication skills in English.
