Backend Engineer, Core APIs

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems
• Build, maintain, and improve APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure
• Develop primarily with Go and/or Node.js
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams
• Investigate complex or problematic features
• Conduct performance tuning, debugging, testing, and reliability improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional backend software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and/or Node.js
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with databases or data stores
• Solid knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and development tools
• Ability to investigate complex technical problems independently
