Backend Engineer, Core APIs

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems for real-time data processing and
• Build, maintain, and improve APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure with focus on
• Develop primarily with Go and/or Node.js while collaborating across services and technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate backend components and ensure
• Investigate complex technical problems through deep dives, root-cause analysis, experimentation
• Contribute to a data-driven engineering culture, mentor junior developers, and participate in

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional backend development experience with production-grade systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and/or Node.js.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with databases like DynamoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
• Solid knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including Git, IDEs, shell scripting, and
• Ability to investigate complex technical problems independently and turn findings into improvements.
