Backend Engineer, Core APIs

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems for real-time data processing and
• Build, maintain, and improve APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure
• Develop primarily with Go and/or Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate backend components
• Investigate complex technical problems through deep dives, root-cause analysis, and experimentation
• Conduct performance tuning, debugging, testing, and reliability improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional backend software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and/or Node.js
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, real-time
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with databases such as DynamoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch
• Solid knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and development tools (Git, IDEs, shell
• Ability to investigate complex technical problems independently and drive solutions
