Backend Engineer / バックエンドエンジニア (Core Banking System)

📋 Description

• Develop and operate backend applications for core banking systems (C or Java).
• Design for performance and stability to maintain high reliability as a financial platform.
• Leverage infrastructure to solve system challenges and design architecture with appropriate
• Perform microservices performance tuning, monitoring, and alert handling.
• Secondment to PayPay Bank as a project member after joining.
• Collaborate to build a new organization and environment for core banking systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of backend development experience
• Practical experience in C or Java; strong skills in other common languages
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP basics
• Schema design in DB (RDB, NoSQL) and efficient query creation
• Web application development and tuning with security considerations
• Japanese language ability (Native or JLPT N1/N2 equivalent)
