📋 Description

• Build API-based products; ship low-latency APIs powering Leaderboards, Evals, Arena data.
• Turn evaluations into durable products: scoring pipelines, data models, APIs.
• Ship enterprise-grade backends: usage metering, billing, auth, RBAC, multi-tenancy.
• Own the data architecture; unify public/private evaluation data; fast queries.
• Flex across the stack; backend of Leaderboards and Evals; unify data architectures.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend engineering building product APIs and data systems.
• Strong proficiency in a modern backend language; Go preferred.
• Solid data fundamentals: modeling/querying Postgres; Redis/queue/warehouse.
• Experience turning services into products: payments, auth, analytics, data pipelines.
• Product-minded: focus on developer experience of APIs.
• Comfort with ambiguity; startup; scope shifts; wear many hats.
