Backend Engineer, Identity

📋 Description

• Develop Tailscale features, contributing to client and backend code
• Own the product lifecycle from code to ideation and decisions
• Collaborate with designers and PMs to shape features
• Build features related to identity and access management
• Participate in on-call rotation to triage incidents

🎯 Requirements

• OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, SAML familiarity; SCIM a plus
• Experience with distributed systems and observable, secure services
• Go language experience preferred
• Experience with SQL databases
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Adaptable to startups; capable of independent work and feedback
