📋 Description

• Lead technical direction and architecture for your squad's domain.
• Drive design reviews, coding standards, and engineering excellence.

• Build, scale and operate Node.js/TypeScript backend services on AWS/EKS.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading an engineering team.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript /Node.js.
• Knowledge of industry best practices (SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DDD, TDD...).
• Proven ability to own and deliver large cross-team projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
