Backend / Full Stack Developer

📋 Description

• Build new features, fix bugs, and chip away at technical debt across the Creative Factory platform
• Work mostly on the Kotlin/Spring Boot backend, with plans to grow into React/TypeScript frontend
• Review code from teammates and have your own code reviewed
• Use AI coding tools daily, while ensuring you read, test, and can explain what you commit
• Coordinate with the Feed Team and Campaigns Team
• Own features end to end across the stack

🎯 Requirements

• Solid Kotlin experience
• Hands-on Spring Boot and PostgreSQL
• Comfort with, or real interest in growing into, React/TypeScript and some Node.js
• Ability to review AI-generated code critically
• Self-starter mindset
• Genuine curiosity about the product
