📋 Description

• Lead engineering squads by defining backend architecture and standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java backend systems on cloud tech.
• Conduct code reviews and set development guidelines.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines across distributed architectures.
• Drive secure authentication, monitoring, and observability practices.
• Analyze trade-offs in algorithms, data structures, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience with Java, Spring Boot, and backend development.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design principles.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and AWS services (ECS, RDS, S3).
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, Kafka, and distributed systems.
• Advanced knowledge of IaC (Terraform) practices.
