Backend Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a backend and MLOps team close to AI group
• Own services, APIs, data pipelines, storage, and model outputs
• Decide on data models, event flows, and scale/cost tradeoffs
• Guide production readiness and reliability improvements
• Collaborate with platform for infra and deployment standards
• Mentor engineers and drive delivery in a fast-paced domain

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in backend engineering with people leadership
• Strong production exp with AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, Kubernetes, Kafka
• Experience with data pipelines and monitoring/observability tools
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle and Python exposure beneficial
• Clear communicator; ability to mentor across tech and non-tech partners
