📋 Description

• Ensure vehicle availability and seamless pick-up experience for customers
• Communicate proactively with customers and process MCI flow transactions
• Manage fleet lists and maintain vehicles in top condition
• Coordinate overdue vehicles and control open rental contracts
• Act as communication interface between Customer Service, customers, and branch

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or practical experience in fleet planning
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Valid driver's license class B
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Organizational talent with structured work style
