Backup Care Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team delivering backup care experiences to Wellthy members across multiple shifts.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure timely, high-quality support while balancing speed, quality
• Coach and develop team, manage escalations, monitor real-time performance, and allocate resources
• Partner with Care Operations and cross-functional teams to improve workflows and scale the Backup
• Report to the COO, Backup Care, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; 5+ years in customer/healthcare operations or
• 2+ years leading teams of 10+ employees; strong coaching and performance management.
• Experience managing real-time operations in fast-paced environments; excellent judgment under
• Proven ability to use operational metrics to improve team performance; strong written/verbal
• Experience leading remote teams is preferred; comfortable using AI-enabled tools and emerging
• Ability to work remotely with a strong internet connection and distraction-free environment.
