• Provide leadership and feedback on employee performance
• Maintain guest service by assessing needs, assisting guests
• Reconcile cash drawers, deposits, and balance safe
• Monitor food products for quality and consistency
• Learn new procedures quickly to teach others
• Perform opening and closing duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2-4 years related work experience or education/experience
• Texas Food Manager Certification required
• Must work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays
• Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
