Demonstration on yeast and baking ingredients in Baking Center or client sites
Technical assistance to industrial and craft bakeries (process, recipe improvements
Conduct training/workshops for bakers, distributors, Lesaffre staff
Collect/report technical market info (products, competitors, trends)
Identify customer needs and support product development with market data
Collaborate with Lab & formulators to develop new yeasts/ingredients

🎯 Requirements

Strong knowledge of bread-baking processes and materials
Good communication, customer-oriented, ability to train clients
Ability to translate client needs into actions and offerings
Team player with ability to work independently; good reporting skills
Willingness to travel within Japan, Korea, and APA region
Fluent in English; local language is a plus
