📋 Description

• Support and monitor implementation of planned and community-level activities
• Identify gaps in services that impact project recipients and gather insights on floods
• Engage and mobilize community participation with focus on vulnerable groups
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, awareness campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, partners, NGOs
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement at union level

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
• At least 5 years experience with communities, government, stakeholders, NGOs/INGOs
• Strong understanding of disaster management, climate resilience, community engagement
• Experience in field assessments, training, community sensitization
• Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / G-suite
