Bank Accounting and Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Prepare and review bank accounting records.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings (Call Reports, FR Y-series).
• Perform reconciliations and data validations for accuracy.
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Risk, Ops, and Data for reporting.
• Support bank disclosures in SEC filings (capital, deposits, liquidity).
• Identify reporting issues and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting, finance or regulatory reporting in a regulated financial institution.
• Experience preparing or reviewing bank regulatory reports (Call Reports, FR Y-series).
• Experience performing reconciliations, data validation, and analytical reviews.
• Experience supporting internal/external audits or regulatory examinations.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and regulatory reporting interactions; CPA preferred.
