Bank Fee Oversight & Analysis Manager

📋 Description

• Bank fee oversight, validation, reconciliation, and allocation across entities and partners.
• Analyze fee structures, pricing, volumes to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Investigate discrepancies and billing errors; partner with banks and internal teams to resolve.
• Drive cost savings via renegotiations, routing, and consolidation; track and sustain savings.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and Bank Account Management on negotiations and strategy.
• Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and insights; support governance and audits.
• Improve processes and automate data quality and system improvements (incl. TMS) for scalability.
• No direct people management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in finance/accounting/economics (or related) with 5–10+ years in Treasury, banking, finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of bank fees, transaction banking, global payments, and financial analysis (incl. reconciliations & expense management); advanced Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), multi-currency/global banking, and bank fee benchmarking or negotiations.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and high attention to detail.
• Able to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Self-driven with ability to operate independently and deliver initiatives end-to-end.
• Focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a global environment.
