Bank Partner Network Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day support for Qualia's bank partners and their integrations.
• Act as internal SME for the Bank Partner Network, enabling GTM and CS.
• Lead end-to-end PM for bank partner integrations—scoping, plans, milestones.
• Define and track partnership metrics with GTM, Finance, and Ops.
• Plan and execute field marketing and events for the Bank Partner Network.
• Deliver regular leadership reports on performance and status.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in partnerships, biz dev, or technical program management.
• Experience managing cross-functional tech integrations with banks/payments from scoping to launch.
• Strong PM practices/tools; track record delivering multi-workstream programs on time.
• Knowledge of AI tools (LLMs, AI research) to speed up program mgmt and deliverables.
• Experience partnering with strategic partners to launch products delivering ops and revenue.
• Strategic judgment plus hands-on PM to ensure objectives are met.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineering, product, and partners.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of banking and real estate/title industries or eagerness to learn.
