Bank Relationship Management Team Lead

📋 Description

• Own and develop banking infrastructure across 30+ entities, ensuring availability and resilience.
• Define and execute bank/fintech partner strategy: sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing relationships.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of banking partners, driving outreach and onboarding.
• Manage account-level risk and diversification, ensuring uninterrupted payment flows.
• Develop treasury infrastructure: SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FX, deposits, hedging and investments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payment Operations, Finance, Legal, and Corporate teams to align needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Finance in international companies, banks, or IT firms.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and cross-border, multi-currency payments.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage daily tasks and strategic goals; work independently.
• Proficient in Excel.
• English at least B2+.
• Plus: experience in banking compliance and AML principles.
