Bank Verification Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform detailed analysis of each bank change or creation request to ensure it complies with Vendor
• Conduct due diligence checks to confirm accuracy, legitimacy, and completeness of financial
• Verify and validate bank account details for third-party partners, suppliers and customers, mostly
• Review and process banking change requests, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and adherence
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and
• Monitor and flag suspicious activities or potential fraud risks related to banking data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in bank verification, accounts payable, or financial operations.
• Familiarity with Vendor Master Data processes and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer), and fraud prevention practices.
• Experience working in a multinational or regulated industry (pharmaceuticals preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (DSP/SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
