📋 Description

• Process client transactions accurately and per policy.
• Provide excellent client experience; be the face of the Bank.
• Refer clients to Bank products and services to meet goals.
• Refer clients to Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Collaborate as a reliable team member on tasks.
• Sell Bank products in person and by phone while meeting referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Equivalency of education/experience considered
• Entry-level cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic PC knowledge with Windows and calculator
• Effective communication and customer service
