📋 Description

• Design and test payment and financing accounting schemes in the Core Banking System, the accounting
• Document the accounting impact of each product before launch
• Reconcile the ledger, general ledger, bank accounts and reports. Keep each reported figure
• Set up RUBA and COREP reporting, including dry runs, with the Regulatory Lead
• Reconcile payment accounts (eg. SCT, SDD, cards, cheques) against the settlement account daily.
• Check own funds requirements, applicable ratios and available buffers daily

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6–7 years of experience, ideally in financial services audit followed by accounting in a
• Strong PCEC, doubtful receivables and provisioning knowledge
• Able to both build the accounting model and run daily reconciliations, exceptions and closings
• Comfortable working with incomplete information and owning accounting decisions
• Able to query large datasets independently
• Works well with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations and the Regulatory Lead, with clear
