• Involves handling inbound/outbound calls to educate on account status, resolve issues, and secure
• Assist customers in meeting contract obligations due to financial challenges while maintaining
• Contact delinquent customers and address objections to payments with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain strong collaboration with Loan Servicing team and meet/exceed production goals.
• Role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a focus on customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old and have 3-4 subjects including English or equivalent US high school diploma.
• Valid government ID, TRN, NIS; pass background checks and drug tests as needed.
• Flexible availability including weekends/public holidays; onsite training/work possible.
• Strong communication, active listening, problem solving, tech-savviness with CRM tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask across applications.
