Banking Financial Control Manager

📋 Description

• Own accounting framework for lending business: revenue recognition, provisions, write-offs
• Define chart of accounts, PCEC mapping, accounting schemes for new products and geographies.
• Functionally own the internal core banking ledger and audit trail.
• Design and automate reconciliations between ledger, general ledger, bank, FCT and prudential
• Own prudential and statistical reporting including solvency, exposures, liquidity.
• Build SQL controls and use AI to accelerate controls and anomaly triage.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-7 years experience in financial services, likely in audit of banks or credit.
• Strong accounting foundations in French banking GAAP, PCEC, cost of risk or securitization.
• Comfortable with SQL, or strong motivation to learn quickly.
• Clear written communication for complex accounting and regulatory topics.
• Autonomous, hands-on mindset; enjoy building new frameworks.
• Fluency in French and English.
