• Provide end-to-end oversight of payment lifecycles, from initiation through processing, settlement

• 5+ years of experience in banking operations, payments, or financial services, with at least 1
• Strong understanding of payment lifecycles, settlement, and reconciliation processes
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating SLAs and contracts
• Familiarity with correspondent banking operations and account maintenance
• Knowledge of payment authorisation processes and performance optimization
• Experience working with compliance, risk, and technology teams in a regulated environment
