Banking Relationship Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio (100-200 clients) of licensed cannabis
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication, account reviews
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate banking and payment
• Manage client inquiries, escalations, and service requests while ensuring timely resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Communications, or related field, or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, commercial banking, financial services, account
• Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms and business reporting tools.
