📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations and solutions in a Genesys On-Premise or
• Configure and optimize interaction flows (IVR, ACD, Routing) using core platform tools (e.g.
• Develop integrations between the Contact Center infrastructure and external systems (CRMs, ERPs
• Analyze, validate, and audit platform configurations, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the
• Support the full technical project lifecycle: requirements gathering (scoping), build, testing
• Act as a technical liaison between the Development, Product, BI, and Operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in development, integration, or architecture with
• Academic background or proven technical experience in Telecommunications (solid understanding of
• Experience in building IVR trees and Routing rules (knowledge of VXML or SCXML is highly valued).
• Solid experience in consuming and creating APIs for system integration, and proficiency in at least
• Excellent communication skills and ease in working with cross-functional teams (Project Management
• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (French is not mandatory).
