Banking Support Associate

📋 Description

• Be the point of contact; answer inbound calls to provide exceptional service to banking customers.
• Respond to inquiries about banking products and services, processing payments, or general account
• Assess customer’s needs and guide accordingly while maintaining professionalism and expediency.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3 subjects including English; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test as needed.
• Flexible availability to work any day and shift; onsite training/work required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong typing (min 35 wpm) and basic MS Office skills.
• Experience in customer service is an asset; strong problem solving and customer empathy required.
