📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate restructuring plans, forbearance agreements, financing documents
• Advise clients on Chapter 11 proceedings, creditor rights, insolvency matters, financial
• Represent and advise clients throughout bankruptcy cases, distressed transactions, workouts, and
• Collaborate with clients, business teams, outside counsel, and other stakeholders to develop and
• Manage legal matters involving distressed businesses, debt obligations, claims, asset sales, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience practicing bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, or a closely related area
• Deep knowledge of Chapter 11 proceedings, creditor rights, insolvency principles, and restructuring
• Demonstrated experience advising clients on bankruptcy matters, financial workouts, distressed
• Experience representing one or more key restructuring stakeholders, such as debtors, creditors
• Experience with out-of-court restructurings, distressed debt, debtor-in-possession financing, asset
• Juris Doctor degree and active authorization to practice law in an applicable U.S. jurisdiction.
