BAS and HVAC Controls Lead

📋 Description

• Lead installation of BAS and low-voltage control systems
• Run conduit, cable tray, and wiring
• Install and mount BAS panels, controllers, sensors, relays, actuators
• Terminate wiring and verify proper connections
• Read blueprints and control drawings; interpret specs
• Assist with BAS startup, checkout, and commissioning activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of BAS, controls, low-voltage, or electrical installation experience
• Previous experience leading crews in commercial or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of BAS installation practices and control wiring
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and sequence of operations preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
